Meet our Team

Formerly Corporate Workplace Services, the Splice Install Group brings years of experience with commercial furniture installs to every project.

Dustin is the Senior Program Manager for the Splice Installation Group. With more than 15 years’ experience in the contract furniture industry, he has worked in various roles on the manufacturer side of the business as well as the dealer side. Much of that time was spent as a Project Manager as well as providing field execution support for dealers. Based in Grand Rapids, MI, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, camping, and watching college football.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Gina has developed and maintained relationships with a number of national accounts throughout her career. As a Senior Project Manager, she oversees the daily management of large, global projects from the initial stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and her internal team to deliver the best results. Gina joined the Splice team in 2023 and is currently based in New York City.

Mike is a Project Manager for the Splice Installation Group, with more than 30 years’ experience in contract furniture and Campus support. Much of that time was spent as a Project Manager as well as various leadership roles managing MAC teams on national accounts. Mike is based in Seattle Washington where he resides with his wife and two children. Mike’s main interest is anything that involves boats and fishing.

Melissa has been with Splice/CMS for over 8 years.  Prior to that, she was Real Estate, Construction and Facilities Manager for a large tech firm, responsible for over 15,000,000 SF and 10,000+ end-users. In her spare time, she participates in Fantasy Football, attends CU games, and recently adopted two Bassett Hound puppies (furniture might be easier than wrangling puppies!).

Dustin is a results-driven and highly experienced Project Manager with over 12 years of demonstrated expertise in leading successful projects across various industries, including manufacturing, furniture installation, facilities services, and forward-deployed theater-level construction. He is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and holds the prestigious PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, validating his comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies. Alongside his professional pursuits, Dustin proudly serves in the Missouri Army National Guard as an Engineer officer.

Gabriella is a Project Liaison Manager for the Splice Installation Group. With 20+ years in the contract furniture industry, she has worked on both the facility side and the dealer side. After several years of project management working with installation companies, she transitioned to Account Management and helped win and manage some of the largest projects in NYC at the time.Gabriella is based in Princeton, NJ where she enjoys time with her husband, 2 children and 3 dogs.
Mallory is a project coordinator for the Splice Installation Group. She has been in furniture industry since 2020 after leaving the medical field. Mallory is based out of Guyton, GA where she enjoys going to the beach and grilling with friends. She has 1 son, 3 dogs, and 3 chickens.
Suzanne is a Project Coordinator for the Splice Installation Group.  She has over 20 years of experience in the contract furniture industry working with a variety of dealers and manufacturers in multiple states.  Most recently Suzanne was part of the Corporate Workplace Services team for seven years.  Suzanne is based in Greenville, SC, with her family and two cats.  She enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.
Joshua is the Senior Estimator for the Splice Installation Group, with 20-plus years of experience in the furniture industry including positions as Installer, Supervisor, Service Technician, Project Manager, and Estimator. He helps guide your furniture project from the initial request to completion, working to improve efficiency, minimize errors, and ensure all parties involved are awarded. Based in Denver, CO, Joshua enjoys playing poker, weight training, hiking, and spending time with family.
Curt is one of the Project Estimators for the Splice Installation Group. With over 10 years’ experience in the contract furniture industry, he has worked in various roles on the dealer side of the business, including sales, design, and administration, with much of that time in warehouse operations. Curt is based in Monterey, CA, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, as well as his daughter and her husband.
