Splice Services Provided

Chosen as part of a bond project for two new and two replacement schools, Splice is responsible for inventorying existing facilities and identifying reuse opportunities for existing furniture throughout the district.

Other Splice services include detailed planning, scheduling, test fit, purchase requisitions, order tracking and scheduling, installation, punch list, and turnover folders for new furniture at all four schools. We also developed the move contractor RFP, reviewed proposals, and recommended the contract award.
