Splice was contracted by a local Seattle hospital to support their $150 million tenant improvement and relocation project for their tower replacements, and to transition 120 departments located in the demolition zones.

We managed TI construction, furniture, and staff relocation. We identified new locations for the dispatched departments, worked with the architect to develop permit and construction drawings, interviewed general contractors, and coordinated with multiple departments to develop furniture test fits and space plans.
