Splice provided move coordination for the relocation of 1,700 employees previously located in 9 different buildings to one new 400,000 SF corporate campus in Bellevue, WA. This included developing the transition plan, overseeing change management, scheduling the move, analyzing contractor RFPs and bids, and making recommendations throughout the project. We also managed multiple relocation vendors—from box movers to IT consultants.
