Splice successfully completed decommissioning of a 76,000 SF racked warehouse and adjacent office space, under compressed conditions and budget for a large aerospace company. We removed/recycled approximately 20,000 furniture items and transferred another 40,000 items, plus multiple 53-ft trailer-loads of parts and hardware.
Our program managers developed the full schedule and budget for removal, palletization and documentation of all contents, as well as subsequent removal of all racks and the full decommission of the space.
